Flying to Key West – Looking for Warmer Weather!

Beth and I pivoted from plan A, the Space X launch, to plan B, a flight to the keys. We made a stop in Lakeland, Fl for fuel & lunch only to find the old standby restaurant, Hallbacks, to be a “little disappointing”. The rest of the flight went great, so come along on our video journey to Key West! Part 2, will be out soon…

Figuring Out How to Edit Video / Audio in the Airplane

I finally figured out how to sync the audio from a separate recording device with the video from the GoPro Fusion 360. The problem with all of the auto sync functions in Premier Pro is that they require good audio on the video channel to sync with. Well it turns out that the audio picked up on the GoPro is nothing but “engine drone” and even when you clapped your hands next to it you could not hear it on the video channel. I will try to post a video a little later on how I fixed it…

One More Time

If you spend any time around us, about this same time every year, our vocabulary begins to take on a few special words (GREEK to some, GEEK to others). In particular, Oshkosh, AirVenture & “Goin’ Again”. (Okay, that last one is two words). For those who don’t know what it’s all about, here’s the best explanation we can give. And yes, we did build our plane we are flying in & we are flying it all the way to Wisconsin (Again – for the 7th time) – to camp on the ground with 40,000 of our closest friends and live & breathe airplanes 24/7 for a few very special days. Come see what it’s all about. One more time!
